The river Isar cycle path runs right past the hotel, making it an ideal stopover for cyclists.
The Othello Apartment Hotel was built in 2008 as an extension to the Ambient Hotel Tassilo. All of the rooms are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen unit for guests staying in Dingolfing for an extended period, who may want to cook for themselves. In 2014, the hotel building was extended to include an annexe that now houses the new reception area.
